Terms of Service for StillApplying

Who These Terms Are With

These terms are an agreement between you and Spark Games Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15379140), which operates StillApplying.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the StillApplying website or Chrome extension (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

StillApplying helps you fill job application forms. You build a profile on stillapplying.com (by hand or from a CV you upload), and the Chrome extension uses that profile to fill form fields on job application pages when you ask it to. Optional AI assistance can match unusual fields and draft answers to open-ended questions for your review.

3. Your Account

You sign in with a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
You must provide information that is accurate and yours to use.
You are responsible for everything submitted through your account, including applications filled with the extension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent applications
Use the Service to spam employers or application platforms
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
Resell or provide the Service to others as your own offering
Use the Service in breach of any law or of a third-party site's terms

5. The Browser Extension

The extension only reads and fills the active tab when you click Fill this page. It never submits a form on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing every field, and any AI-drafted answer, before you submit an application. Filled values are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy.
Job sites change their forms frequently. We do not guarantee the extension will work on every site or fill every field correctly.

6. Your Data

How we collect and handle your data, including your profile and the optional AI features, is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your profile lives on stillapplying.com and in your browser's local extension storage, we do not sell your data, and AI requests are not retained beyond the request.

7. Third-Party Sign-In and Sites

Sign-in is provided through third parties such as Google, under their own terms and privacy policies. The job sites you fill applications on are not part of the Service, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your applications.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, belongs to Spark Games Ltd. Your profile content remains yours; you grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in interviews or job offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Games Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including missed job opportunities or errors in submitted applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension and closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
